Menage and moody male eye candy

The brooding male figure is one I have worked with before in stories like my upcoming Total E-bound Release Torn To Pieces.  Kerian isn’t an ultra alpha male, he’s a fair minded man.  But as a wolf and leader of his pack he must be as dominating as possible, but that doesn’t mean when he needs downtime that he bottles things up inside and ignores them.

Contrary to his male counterpart, Jackob, who is more the rough and tumble alpha male and leader, Kerian turns to Iolite, the female in their triad.  Embracing his softer side, Kerian ses the need to let out the emotions he’s buried, but not all of them.  Sometimes though, the bleeding can go too far, which is part of why a triad works as it allows him to not split love, but embrace more of it.

That’s actually part of why I enjoy Menage stories, when well done.  The chance to work with deeper character emotions gives me a release of sorts but also pushes me, challenges me to figure out how I’d run a menage in real life, because of the trust issue.  It’s not just the hot sex that sells menage romance stories but the mental aspects of those types of relations that women (and some men who read romance) enjoy.

My Opeth Pack Saga males are particularly moody but what’s written of them mostly play the strong silent type.  This series is in the capable hands of my e-agent but I’ll share the premise for you here.  It all works together with the menage theme and broody male that this post has going for it 😉

The Legend of the Opeth Pack Saga tells of a story when wolves were created in Heaven by the Hungarian Fertility Goddess and then banished because of distrust.  Only if certain conditions were met would they gain re-entry into Paradise.

The very first book in the Opeth Saga actually ended up at Sizzler Editions.

Wolf Magic – Marco is poised to take over as Pack Alpha despite his immaturity.  Banishment from the pack may help if Selene is woman enough to do the one favor asked of her by Pack elders but will an unseen enemy foil Marco’s growth through intimidation?

It looks like he’s a suspect being interrogated. Whoever has him, doesn’t know he’s working undercover. His look is matter of fact as if to ask, “What do you want?” Whatever it is, you’re not going to break him and he’s not going to take any crap. I would say he’s a Bad Boy/Swashbuckler archetype. He’s built his body up to handle anything that comes at him, whether pleasure or trouble. He’s determined to get whatever it is he’s after.

Not again. Another paparazzo, snooping to get another picture of my famous model mother. Jeez, can’t a guy just sit and catch his breath after a workout? Kenji-san said I shouldn’t use my karate to wipe out leeches like these. Shouldn’t I?

Yeah, yeah, he has to make a living, I get it. But nobody’s gonna pay a dime for a picture of me. The police and mafia already know what I look like. And the prison guards. Damn them. And Tina. Oh, yes, Tina. Why won’t she see me tonight? Is it that Alphonse guy? Hmm…
