Three #Authors, 5 Questions, #Menage and #Cover fun

Today I’m featuring a little game I did with Secret Cravings authors Beverly Ovalle and Carolyn Guy

Five questions, three covers, go!

Beverely Ovalle

Dragons' MateTell us a deep dark secret we’d NEVER expect!
One of the few sexcapades I’ve never done is a ménage!

Batman or Superman
Superman because if I have to look at a man’s underwear on the outside I want to know there’s no skid marks! TMI? Sorry! ;)

Which character is your favorite and why?
I can’t choose!  Brand is affectionate and always ready to cuddle.  Tine is more the protector and aggressor.  Annie is lucky to have them both!

What happened to the first book you ever wrote?
Dragons’ Mate is my first book.

Have you incorporated actual events or people from your own life into your books?
The attitude more than anything but I couldn’t have the reactions down if I hadn’t experienced them at some point!

Buy Dragons’ Mate on Amazon!

GhostsofGraceCottage_LRGCarolyn Wren steps up next!

Tell us a deep dark secret we’d NEVER expect!
I’m currently writing a book that’s so hot, so boundary pushing, that I’ll have to find a new pseudonym to publish it under.

Batman or Superman
Batman.  He’s tall dark handsome, mega rich, and has a tortured soul.  My favorite type of hero

Which character is your favorite and why?
I like Elly, my heroine.  She’s coming up to her first Christmas after the loss of her parents, and it’s making her sad.  Yet in the course of this book, she leaps into a relationship with two gorgeous ghosts, tries to discover a way to break a witches curse, and finds time to play matchmaker for her best friend at the same time.  I do love a woman who can multitask…

What happened to the first book you ever wrote?
It’s a Romantic Suspense novella called Diplomat’s Daughter and it just won the 2013 RWA ‘Ella’ award for Novella of the year!

Have you incorporated actual events or people from your own life into your books?
Not in this book.  I’ve never moved into a haunted cottage!  I did use my own experiences to describe what it’s like to live with the loss of a loved one, only because I wanted the emotions to feel real to the reader.

Her book comes out from Secret Cravings Publishing November 15th!  In fact, it should be out now!

Lastly, moiHisReign_SM

Tell us a deep dark secret we’d NEVER expect!
I really don’t have any secrets.  People have known for years I’m a little off the wall, I cross dress, have a lingerie fetish, um…yeah.  Pretty much nothing new here.  Maybe…I’m entirely too comfortable wearing women’s clothing as long as it’s in black?

Batman or Superman
Batman.  Always.

Which character is your favorite and why?
See now this leads into triad territory. When I created Józsi I sort of based him off Joséf from Endangered (you see the resemblance?) and Vin Diesel.  But his two lovers differ tremendously from Joszí’s in that Joséf’s second (Isabella) is darker and probably more pragmatic than Lukina, but that may be the difference in age.  Oh and the fact that vampires Livía and Isabella are a few hundred years old, whereas Lukina and Ilona are werewolves and far less old.  I don’t know.  This was supposed to be simple!  Who came up with these questions!

What happened to the first book you ever wrote?
It became Paula’s Craving, currently sitting on my editor’s desk.  It’s a spicy, yet heartwarming romance story about a man who couldn’t find himself until the woman he loved showed him who she saw in him.

Have you incorporated actual events or people from your own life into your books?
Yup.  There’s a LOT of real life and people in my stories.  My loved ones are deep inspiration.

His Reign is the first in my Opeth Pack Series.  Meet the pack here then buy the book on Amazon!

Heaven On Earth:

Gwen McAllister and Desmond Blankenship have both had their share of disappointment in love and marriage. Gwen is a divorced woman who swears never to love again. Desmond is a businessman who finds his wife in bed with a friend. The two meet at a party in Phoenix and soon begin a long-distance relationship. While Desmond knows Gwen is the woman he wants to be with, Gwen is reluctant about facing her feelings for Desmond. Just when Desmond is ready to declare his true feelings for Gwen, Gwen’s life take an unexpected turn. Leticia Martinez, Gwen’s long- time friend and occasional lover, makes an unexpected visit. At first, Leticia and Desmond express an instant dislike for one another. Will Gwen have to choose between the two people she loves the most, or will they make the relationship work for all three of them? Two beautiful sexy lesbian women in erotic foreplay game on dark background

Excerpt:

Thank goodness for showers and blessed be the person who invented them. Desmond replayed the fun they’d had lathering one another up. Soapy hands going in and out of body crevices, touching, tickling, arousing.

Taking a shower with two women had been an experience in itself. Having two sets of hands touching him, stroking him, arousing him, was beyond any dream he’d ever had. Watching them laughing and shrieking with delight, interacting with one another, it was obvious to Desmond that these two women had great affection for one another. It became apparent that there was some kind of bond between them that could never be broken. A friendship bordering on sisterhood, a sisterhood bordering on marriage, a marriage bordering on two halves of a whole.

That Gwen and Leti’s relationship had become physical over time had just been the next natural step for them, Desmond realized. Well, now the two halves were becoming thirds, by taking him to their bosoms. And how lucky he was that they chose him! Gratitude filled his heart to the point of bursting.

Minutes later, when they were all squeaky clean and towel-dried, they collapsed on the bed-a mingle of legs and arms that contrasted and mixed together splendidly. Desmond’s black skin, Leticia’s caramel, and Gwen’s white. They were different in coloring, but they were united in love and affection.

Gwen crawled to the foot of the bed, expectant and giddy as a child. Warm color filled her cheeks.

Desmond looked at her, question marks in his eyes.

“I want you to kiss Leti,” she told him without any further ado.

“Is this okay with you?” He turned his attention on Leti.

Leticia nodded and tipped her head back to be kissed.

Their lips came together tentatively. Desmond brushed his lips on Leti’s and stopped, suddenly unsure of what he should do next. It was Leticia who took the kiss to the next level, gripping the sides of his head and pressing her lips harder on his. Her tongue snaked deeply into his mouth and licked the roof. Her kiss was different from the way Gwen’s lips felt on his, different from Gwen’s kisses. But he was amazed at the strong reaction he got from just that one kiss. Desire surged through him and his cock became erect, pushing against her belly. Leti gasped and squirmed against him. He wanted to take her, but he was also very aware that Gwen watched them. He wanted to see her reaction. How did she feel about it? Was she truly okay with this?

He broke the kiss and looked at Gwen. Gwen’s pale face had turned a deep shade of pink, and her eyes were glossy with lust. She sucked a sharp breath in, and bit her lower lip.

“Don’t stop,” Gwen murmured, while she slid her hand down south, toward her pussy. She half-closed her eyes. He watched her hand sliding between her shapely legs and beginning to finger herself.

Christ, how much he loved seeing her aroused like this! He couldn’t wait to see what new heights of arousal and pleasure he could bring her to. He would be willing to do anything to make Gwen happy!

He leaned toward Gwen and took her in his arms. He kissed her deeply, passionately. He got drunk on her wonderful taste. He wanted the moment to go on forever. If the planet stopped spinning in that moment, he couldn’t have cared less. They kissed long and hard, their tongues dancing with one another.

When she pulled away slowly from his embrace he let go reluctantly. He knew they were about to cross a line that would make a difference in their relationship, a line which, when closed, they will not be able to take back. He remembered Gwen’s words about “taking it slow” and almost laughed. Did she have this-–a threesome—in mind when she uttered those words? He almost opened his mouth to ask that very question, but at that precise moment Gwen leaned in and took his cock in her mouth, giving it a swift lick and a kiss on the head.

“I want you to fuck her,” she said simply when she came up.

Desmond did as he was told.

He eased himself on top on Leticia who was already fingering herself and pulling on her small, dark wine-colored nipples. Leti gave him a small nod and opened her legs for him. She took his cock and guided it to the opening of her sex.

Desmond groaned as he pushed himself inside Leti. Leticia’s pussy was tight and surprisingly wet, considering that he hadn’t done much in the way of foreplay to arouse her. Then he remembered how aroused Gwen was from watching him kissing Leti. The girls got off on watching one another. Exhilaration made his body tremble. The feeling was all-encompassing, and a totally new high.

He thrust inside Leti’s opening, feeling her inner muscles relax around his shaft. Gwen caressed his back with her fingernails; the sensation sent pleasurable shivers through his body, directly to his groin. At the nape of his neck he felt Gwen’s mouth placing kisses, which continued in a trail down toward his shoulders. Gwen then slid toward Leti, kissing her small, perky breasts before moving up to her plump mouth. Seeing Gwen kiss Leti sent Desmond toward the top of the precipice. He stopped, drawing breath into his lungs. The sensation was almost too much. Gwen turned her head, her eyes searching him.

“Are you okay?”

“Uh-huh.”

She took his head in her hands and kissed him to reassure him that he was doing the right thing. Their tongues danced together, entwined, fought and then she sucked his into her mouth. Tremors shook his body at the delicious feeling and he began moving again inside Leti. Gwen’s kiss excited him to no end. Gwen urged him on with kisses on his shoulder and scratches on his back, and when Leti told him she was coming, he crossed the edge with her.

How I DO aliens…by Jessica E. Subject

Today’s guest post comes from the fabulous Jessica E. Subject and is rather interesting!

Yes, I know the title sounds sexual, but that’s part of the post.

I want to talk about writing aliens. For those who don’t know my books, I write science fiction romance and some contemporary romance, ranging from sweet to sexy. I know there’s more to Science Fiction Romance (SFR) than just aliens, and have some SFR stories that include clones as well, but today, I’m talking aliens.

Now, in SFR there seems to be two sides of the coin: those who say that if life on other planets exists, there is very little chance that aliens would be humanoid, and others who write aliens to resemble humans to keep them relatable.

Me? Well, the aliens in my stories are humanoid. While I don’t disagree with the other opinion, there is a reason I write fiction.

I can’t say all of the aliens in my stories are humanoid though, mostly just the heroes or heroines. It makes their passionate moments much easier to write.

And here’s a description of some of the humanoid aliens from my stories:

Frey in Celestial Seduction

He smiled, some of his confidence back while his human image flickered for a few seconds before completely disappearing. Unsure what to expect, she tried not to judge until she’d set eyes Celestial Seduction SMon his entire figure. Long, spindly fingers intertwined with hers. He tried to let go, but she held them tight. His body appeared taller and leaner than before. She saw the same black eyes, a less prominent nose and barely visible ears. His hair became jet black and appeared longer and curlier than before. Underneath luminescent scales, his skin shone a light blue.

“So, what do you think?” His mouth quirked, revealing his uncertainty.

Except for their color, his lips were the only thing that didn’t change. She leaned towards him, wondering if they would still feel the same. She had to stand on the tips of her toes to reach him, but wrapping her arms around his neck helped. The feel of his skin surprised her. Perhaps he didn’t have scales, but the pattern lay beneath his skin.

He’s beautiful.

CrashLandingFinalSmallMare and Cael in Crash Landing

But unlike any beings he had ever seen on the vids of Earth, the guy had blue skin. Not his deep, almost indigo shade, but lighter, closer to the color of the water he’d landed in. Long blond hair flowed over his shoulders, onto his muscular chest.

The man held the woman’s shoulders with his webbed hands—yes, webbed hands…

Prince Aris in An Unexpected Return

Walking into the silky rear-end of an oroke, she came to an abrupt halt. The creature had been walking at a steady pace and then stopped. She’d failed to notice in time. Wiping fluff off her face, she turned around and walked into another hard body. “I’m so sorry.”

Hands clamped down on her arms. “Are you all right?”

She stared up into deep brown eyes. Chewing her bottom lip, she nodded. If this man hadn’t been holding on to her, she would have fallen to the ground. The word swoon held no meaning for her until now.

Am I only like this because of the eletin I inhaled back home? Or was there something more she found heart-racing about the blue-skinned, well-muscled hunk of an Otarian who held her up?

Jake (as a young alien) in Alien Adoration

He had the biggest black eyes. Her parents always told not to stare, but his eyes were just so fascinating, so different than anything she’d ever seen. They contained no white, only darkness.

“You’re really an alien?”

He shrugged. “I guess.”

So, how do you like your aliens? Would you rather read about the humanoid type or do you prefer creatures that would make you want to run?

Guest Post – Kameron and Dirk

contentBio: Kameron and Dirk, a passionate couple in and out of the bedroom, have decided to join forces and bring their erotic imagination to life with words. Their solo stories are electric; however, the works they create together will practically sizzle off the page. Yes, they might live in a quiet suburb neighborhood, but they’re anything but tame and unadventurous. A fact you shall read and learn about soon enough.

Kam and Dirk collaboration – “Sinfully Delicious” (M/F)

Book Summary:

Christine’s been without a man for far too long, so she lets her BFF Jasmine talk her into speed-dating. Unfortunately, far too many of her dates are romantic non-starters — in the worst way. But all it takes is one… and when the right man comes along, he’s Sinfully Delicious.

Excerpt:

Wednesday Evening

It’d been two years, six months, and fourteen days since Christine had felt the loving touch of anyone but herself — not that she was keeping track. Which was the reason she’d allowed her best gal-pal, Jasmine, to talk her into heading out tonight and giving the speed-dating scene a try… again.

“Woo hoo, Christine. Come in. Are you with me?”

Christine studied her completed look in the glass door of the Midnight Rendezvous. She held the phone tucked between her ear and shoulder while she kept tugging at the hem of her dress, which barely covered her ass cheeks. “Jasmine, I can’t believe you talked me into this get-up. I’m literally popping out all over.”

“Babe, you look hot, so quit the bitching and stop tugging on it.”

Christine’s hands stalled and dropped to her sides. “How’d you know what I was doing? Are you lurking nearby?”

Jasmine’s voice rose an octave. “Hello, best friend here. I know you, and I know you’re freaking the hell out. Do me a favor and relax, because any man would be lucky to have you. Now, hang up and get your sexy ass inside.”

Christine gave herself a final once-over and took a deep breath, releasing it slowly. “Thanks, Jasmine. You always know how to calm me down. Love you.”

“I love you too. Now go.”

Christine nervously inched her way over to the sign-up table, paid the twenty-dollar fee, picked up a nametag, and found an unoccupied chair. As the announcer went over all the rules of the event, she eyed the prospects and found several who looked attractive. Hope began to blossom. It seemed simple enough. Every two minutes a new man would sit down across from her and engage in a brief conversation. If she believed a connection was made, she would place his name on a card. The men would do the same, and if there was a match between cards, both parties would be notified through an email. “I can do this,” she mumbled.

The announcer rang the bell.

The first eligible bachelor, Bradley, sat down, and it was two minutes of pure awkwardness. His hands shook uncontrollably, and he wouldn’t stop apologizing. He refused to make eye contact and finally excused himself to the restroom, leaving her alone.

Christine couldn’t believe how badly the night was starting off. She tried to embrace Jasmine’s glass half full attitude and hope the next guy would at least remain seated for the entire two minutes.

Ding. A very handsome man with perfect features slid into the chair across from Christine. She noticed right off the bat he had no wrinkle lines, crow’s feet, laugh lines — nada. She found that odd until he spoke. Then it all became clear. Unlike Bradley, he didn’t say “Hi” or offer any other pleasantries. His gaze traveled from her face down to her chest, head tilting left to right, and then he spoke. “You have a beautiful face and body, from what I can see, for a woman of your age, but if you ever decide to fix your trouble spots, I’d be happy to give you a discount.”

Christine couldn’t believe her luck. She already doubted her looks, and now this man she didn’t know was judging her appearance? Great, just freaking great. If she were Jasmine, she would’ve been spewing words that would make a sailor blush; however, Christine hated public confrontations. Instead she put on a fake smile. “Don’t bother writing my name down.” Their remaining time couldn’t possibly end quickly enough for her liking.

Ding. “Thank God that’s over.” One look at the surgeon, and she realized she’d spoken aloud. She opened her mouth to apologize, but before she could get the chance, he turned and walked away.

Prospective dates three through twelve were nice enough, but she knew they’d be no more than friends, and not the kind with naughty benefits. Her shoulders slumped in depression and she wondered why she’d let Jasmine talk her into this. A dozen men had come and gone but none lit a fire in her belly. Eyes downcast, she waited to hear the sound of a chair scraping the floor.

Instead, she felt cool glass press against her palm and a warm breath against her ear. “I didn’t know what you normally drink, but I sensed you needed something strong.”

Christine looked up into the most gorgeous eyes she’d ever seen. They were almost hypnotic, and his voice was equally distracting, drawing her in. She was clueless about how long she stared at him like a lovesick puppy, but it was long enough that another bachelor took his position for the two-minute meet and greet. Spell broken, she addressed dreamy eyes first because she had to know his name. “Umm, yes, thank you, Mr…”

“You may call me Sin.” Then he stood upright and kept all his attention on her but clearly directed his words to the gentleman across the table. “If you were a smart man, you’d start the conversation by telling her how gorgeous she looks tonight. Let her know no other woman has ever looked lovelier in your eyes. That from the moment you saw her, you wanted nothing more than to feel her lips against yours, to touch her and be touched by her.”

Christine grew more aroused with each word Sin uttered. She’d come out tonight looking for a spark, and damn if she hadn’t found a five-alarm fire. Did Sin realize the effect his words were having on her?

He winked, and her silent question was answered. Damn him, he knew exactly what he was doing to her. The other bachelor cleared his throat. “Yeah, thanks for the advice, but I don’t need it. I’ve got this.”

Sin’s face tensed up. “Not yet, you don’t.”

Enjoy the guest post brought to you buy Dirk and Kameron!
